Production, construction and development
Design Engineer (m/f)
Mechanical engineer or comparable qualification (mechanical engineering technician or similar) with sound experience in design.
Development of technical solutions in a team ("hands-on mentality"), integrating existing and new technologies
Optimization of existing processes
- Preparation and checking of design drawings (2D/3D)
Technical draftsman (m/f)
Successfully completed vocational training as a technical draftsman.
Sound knowledge in plant engineering and a confident handling of 3D designs (AutoCAD Inventor).
Production of parts lists and documentation
Preparation of drawings and detailing of individual parts and assemblies in plant and pipeline construction with AutoCAD in 2D & 3D
Support in the creation of technical documents
- Creation and editing of P&I process flow diagrams, isometrics and layout plans.
Process engineer (m/f)
Successfully completed studies as process engineer, chemical engineer or process engineer.
Experience in plant construction preferably steam processes.
Process engineering design of plants and components (apparatus data sheets, installation concept, process flow chart)
Specifications for sales, design and purchasing
- Process balancing; preparation of P&ID and energy and material balances; commissioning of plants
Metal worker or locksmith (m/f)
Completed training as a metal worker / fitter, knowledge of MAG and TIG welding, class B driving licence.
Manufacture of steel and metal constructions
Welding of metal structures (WIG and MAG)
Manufacturing and pre-assembly of components / special constructions
- Support of assembly for major projects.
Quality Management (QM) department
Quality Manager / Welding Engineer (m/f)
Completed training as quality manager / welding engineer, experience on construction sites preferably in UK.
Readiness for foreign assignment
Responsibility for internal quality assurance system incl. ISO 9001 certification
Compilation of QM documentation
- Interface between design and production; coordination with NoBo (TÜV or similar)
